Pinoy Pip Hunter Pro is an automated trading system (Expert Advisor) for MetaTrader 5 built for structured execution and risk management.
Which broker can I use?
Any MT5 broker that supports XAUUSD and allows Expert Advisors. For best results, use a low-spread broker and a stable VPS.
What timeframe should I use?
Use the timeframe recommended in your provided SET file (commonly M5 or M15). Always load the correct SET file from My Account → Downloads.

License & Activation
Why does it show “INVALID LICENSE”?
Most common reason: WebRequest is not enabled in MT5. Go to MT5 → Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and add:

Can I use one license on multiple accounts?
No. Each license is intended for one MT5 account (unless your package explicitly states otherwise).
What happens when my license expires?
The EA will stop operating and will not open new trades. Renew anytime from:
My Account → My PPH Licenses → Renew (1M / 3M / 1Y).
My Account → My PPH Licenses → Renew (1M / 3M / 1Y).
Will renewal generate a new license key?
No. Renewal extends the same license key — your key remains unchanged.

Payments (USDT TRC20)
How do I pay?
We accept USDT (TRC20 network only). During checkout, upload a screenshot proof of payment. Your order will be verified manually.
Why is manual verification required?
Manual verification prevents fraud and ensures accurate blockchain confirmation before activation.
I paid already — why is my license not active yet?
Please check your order status in My Account → Orders. If your proof was uploaded, activation occurs after confirmation. If it has been over 1 hour, contact support.

Installation
Where do I download the EA?
Login to My Account then go to Downloads.
EA is not showing in Navigator — how to fix?
Copy the EX5 file to MQL5 → Experts, restart MT5, then right-click Navigator → Refresh. Full steps: Installation Guide.
No trades are opening — what should I check?
Check: market open, Algo Trading ON, correct symbol name (XAUUSD / GOLD / XAUUSDm), and correct SET file loaded.
